Please note: After Thursday, 29 September 2011, the Early Bird rate expires and the Standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations. The deadline for all registrations is Monday, 31 October 2011. Registrations made after this date will incur an AU$50.00 late registration fee.
All accounts must be paid in full prior to the Conference. Delegates with outstanding amounts at the time of the Conference will be required to settle their account upon collecting their registration or provide a credit card guarantee for payment to be made within 14 days post conference.
CANCELLATIONS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Alterations and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser, International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd.

Refunds
Registration cancellations received up to Monday 17 October 2011 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between Tuesday 18 October 2011 and Monday 31 October 2011 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Monday 31 October 2011. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative until Tuesday 1 November 2011. After this date all amendments including transfers will incur a $20.00 additional fee.
Accommodation
Accommodation cancellations will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
Conditions
ICE Australia reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and a risk to others. All registrations received by ICE Australia will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by ICE Australia.
